• EFT One-on-one sessions

   - are for personal and a more precise understanding of a person’s circumstances. During these sessions, it is normal to have the first session for 90 minutes. Thereafter for 60 minutes or 30 minutes, if people are willing to do some homework and learn, they do not need to go to an EFT Introductory Workshop, they can learn the method during the 90 minute session.
  
  Rate: $ 130/h, 30 minutes $ 75.
  
   

• EFT Introductory Workshops

   - begin monthly for 4 weeks 2 hours each. Introductory workshops are easy to understand without any prior knowledge, there is no stress, it’s fun to discover how to change things in your life and is for those who want to be empowered with the EFT tools and increase their knowledge base. The first session is to introduce you to the method and to give homework and come back with the results and continue discovering all the personal benefits of EFT and learn to use it on a daily basis.
  
  Rate: $ 185 for 4 weeks. Pay by transfer or cheque before $ 170 or instalments: 1st Instalment on 1st Session $ 100, 2nd and 3rd Sessions $ 50 ea.
  
  It is necessary to join the first lesson of this workshop, before going on to any of the Specialist workshops.
  
   

• Small Group Specialist Workshops

   - asthma, cancer, grief, relationship issues, weight loss, fears, phobias, trauma and depression.
  
   

• Have your own group at your house

   - Have your own group at your house – just arrange for 5 friends to join you in your house and I will come and give the workshop to you all. It’s fun and fulfilling to see how EFT can empower you all! The person arranging the group, gets her fees waived.
